What type of packaging do you use?
All of our packaging is recyclable or made from sustainable materials wherever possible.
What happens if an item arrives faulty, or damaged in transit?
If your goods are damaged or faulty, please email us: thefrozendodo@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. In some cases, we may ask for photos of the items. We may then offer you a replacement or refund, which may take up to 30 days from receipt of the return.
Can I amend the order or delivery address?
Unfortunately in most cases it is difficult to amend the order details. We can arrange refund and help you to re-order.
Why are my items being delivered separately?
We use several suppliers. This means that in some cases, your goods will be shipped from different locations in separate deliveries. This also helps us to avoid unnecessary mileage.
