Delivery

Delivery takes 3-7 working days from the day of purchase.

Our standard delivery costs £3.99.

Products are shipped with Royal Mail or couriers depending on the size and type of goods.

We deliver to accessible UK mainland only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Islands, Scottish Highlands, Europe or worldwide. We may expand the areas we serve as the business grows. 

We cannot ship to a PO box address.

Returns

Please email us at thefrozendodo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you're not happy with the items and would like to return them. We will then inform you of the returns address. A refund will be issued within 30 days providing we have received the goods.

Products must be undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold. Any products that arrive used, opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund.

Damaged Goods

If your goods are damaged or faulty, please email us at thefrozendodo@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. In some cases, we may ask for photos of the items. We may then offer you a replacement or refund, which may take up to 30 days from receipt of the return.
